i bet the girl was one of the little sisters but now they have grown up and i bet the like go and help the ones that are still little sisters so they take the place of the big daddy lol if thats makes any sence

actually, one of the little sisters becomes (a Big Sister) the ruler of Rapture, and kidnaps other girls around the world to make them like her.

This is amazing. I hope the game can live up to its predecessor in terms of narrative and character development. From the looks of the trailer, the little sister has lost her "father" and is questioning the stories of Rapture that she probably can barely remember. I see a game about finding closure and moving on, hence the butterfly in the closing moments...

Yeah announcement trailers are pretty lame, usually. Remember Gears 2, with the chainsaw fight on red background, that pretty much told you NOTHING about the game?
