There is no need to explain "Kill them wherever you find them" in Quran Surah Al Baqarah 2:191. If someone has any sense he/she would read a book from the beginning and not from the middle and see verse 190 saying "And fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you..."

my advice to the media and asio would be to go to these organisations before hand, find out whatever they want from them (HT has an open door policy on this) and make their assessments and leave no doubt in the matter.
