theres an acceptance amongst the irish football leagues that they are shite and it comes down to the management and players but mostly to the FAI themselves for setting that standard..only recently FAI league games are being put on tv before years back it was only the national team games ..the league of ireland needs to be hyped up more .i dont see why it cant become a pro league ? its all about money and there is always foreign investors looking to invest in teams ,but will that happen.doubt it
