Trowa and Heero specilly and heero is the friggin main cahrcter. hoenstly the movie was AMAZING comapred to the actual show and ive heard the Manga also rocked comapred to the show. so in my opinion maybe Wing was ruined because of crappy aniamtors/ writers. Ive seen it before countless times (Claymore and Hellsing) and it pisses me off. even more popular animes like Naruto and Bleach the writers mess it up. So to conclude basiclly

i ahve to say there are major differencers between the series. Wing was great given the time it was made but seed i thought was also good. going back and watching Wing now ive notcied things i didnt notice when i was a kid and that was that some cahracters i found annoying and that some cahracters were far too annoying. Charcaters that focuesed more on being cool rather then being a good cahracter

It's all relative to the battle. I liked Wing Zero and 01. I think Heero and Zechs were the best pilots. As for Tallgeese, true it doesn't look as nice as the others, however I'm glad because most prototypes are built for function not form. So it gave a good idea how far they'd come as far as design.

Deathscythe Custom and Altron Custom were the shit. Wing Zero Custom was cool, but only because of the wings and buster rifle. I admit that Heavyarms Custom looks pretty sick spraying the field with its gatling guns, but it has almost no maneuvering capabilities whatsoever, and when it runs outta firepower, what then? Same with Sandrock Custom. Cool weapons, but lack of maneuvering capabilities (and wtf happened to its color scheme?!). And Tallgeese is just ugly.
