Hai Again :3 ! You used CS4 right ? where do you found this "Gloweffect" around the Char ? I haven´t seen it yet ._.

@MrMichi17411 You have to select the thing you want to be giving a glow, right click and change it in to a symbol.

Then go to filters, located at the bottom left of the screen, and click on the icon at the very bottom left. (Add filters)

There you can chose to add blurs, glows, shades, and adjust the color. :3
