Okay first of I own a track Z I could have bought a cobalt ss or srt4 for way less money but the Z is faster than the ss plus its a trashy Chevy that says it all. Chevy = white trash its no better than the group of people who drive mustangs!! The srt-4 is atleast better looking and more tunable. But all in all the Z is quick and classy and will hold value a lot better

i didn't at first but now i know 06+ 350Zs are pretty fast, especially the 07s with 306hp.

06 has 306hp as long as it's a 6 speed

06 vs 03 Zs are the same in performance. They virtually the same track times. 03s more torque and 06s more HP... 07s are faster than both.

that's impossible because around here anything less than 06 is slow. This same cobalt beat an 03-05 by like 3-4 cars from a first gear roll, even when the cobalt had massive clutch slip into second.

I hang out with 15 other Z drivers, we own them from 03s- to 08s. We've raced at the track countless times. And between 03 and 06s it was a drivers race everytime. I've close to tied my buddy's 06, he had a bumper on me, but i was stock and he was bolted with intake and exhaust. Even stat wise they are close to even. And i've beat a stock cobalt with no problem, i had the worst launch as well, and he had lsd. Even with a shitty start i had a car and half on him by third gear.

can u say spike 17 psi and hold 12. there is no way a 350 z with bolt onts will beat a 17 psi hold srt 4. and plus has the srt ever heard of brake boostin. nice vid though

agreed.. a stock srt could beat a 350z its dead weight and all motor.. both cars should take the 350z

the srt is 17 psi. the srt just had 3 people in his car, the cobalt had 2, and the 350z had 1. The srt knew he was faster than them so he didnt mind having more people in his car to make it more even.
