Maybe they did the usual thing, build buildings without planning permission (like people in houses has to) and they get evicted. They are damn lucky they are NOT Chinese Government they would have sent in the military to evicted them. If they have not got planning permission they can't build anything. There are no easy way to evict people when they get violent but I don't condone what they did when they ignore them when a kid gets a broken leg.
