actually, there are car mods, ive seen for myself, i know nearly every fucking mod on gta xbox, godmode, speedin cars, flyin cars, buzzards shoot rockets like a machine gun, deactivate explosive anialator bullets on TBoGT and more

Yeah, tho you can mod xbox if you flash it, hardly anyone does it so there aren't many mods and they aren't nearly as good as PC mods.

That being said the mods for gta pc are mostly unimpressive, and even the neat looking ones are generally just one or two things. No total conversions I've seen, no whole new types of gameplay.

Really modding on the PC seems to have died down since consoles got so fat on gaming illiterates. They're moving the inability to mod to a lot of pc games too.

no you can get mods for xbox but you need to have it chiped or somthing. me m8s m8 is a modder and he got ur 2 hummers in a online freemode.

well dx11 is comming out for nvidia soon so i think it was a smart investment as i can by a brand new pc soon i got more money now then i spent for the pc at first

yes in ati but not nvidia yet when nvidia releases there 300 chip there will be a huge performance gain i guess any other nvidia card will be outdated when they do what i hope is there new cards will get a performance gain of 50% so i can finally play crysis on 2 AA with 40 50 fps

it was aging if i waited even more it would drop in price and i would be stuck with a EX gaming pc now i can experience highend gaming 2010 aswell i will keep doing this untill it fails :)
