Sounds like Sage is breaking a little when he started. Im sure they're were tears flowing that day. I met Mikey several times, got to know him from a fan perspective, loved him with all my heart, and still have a huge void in my life that I will just have to deal with cuz there will never be another like him.

I'm so jealous of Minnesotans, it just seems like its been one of the best places for awesome hip hop Music to come out of, and i love this man, i regret not being able to be a fan of Eyedea while he was alive, R.I.P. but i'm so happy i was able to hear about him and all of this amazing music.

@ajwebbr I'm in a similar boat, man. I was only exposed to the world of good underground hip-hop (i.e. not just unsigned rappers trying to emulate mainstream rap) some time within the last two year, and I didn't learn about Eyedea until this time last year, when a bunch of my favorite rappers (Astronautalis, Doomtree, etc.) started mourning his death. Now I too regret not appreciating him while he was alive, but at least his music he left us with will always be here. R.EYE.P
