  • Oh! my God, beautiful song, beauty memories, I was 16 years old when singing Starbuck......... thank you for posting

  • I was born in 89 and was raised with the 60's and 70's music, and one thing Ive learned is that there will always be a song you have never heard from those times that you will love.today I discovered this gem!

  • Thanks for sharing...I forgot all about this song until I saw a reference to it.

  • I still have this album and listen to it once in while. Good stuff, good memories.

  • what a beautiful song makes me feel so happy

  • I played it many years ago the

    ......many memories.........

  • EXCELLENT SONG FROM A SUPER SINGER.

  • Zombie Pee Wee Herman extends an invitation to a cool moonlight drive along the coast in a vintage convertible from F. Scott Fitzgerald's "The Great Gatsby". Any major fool down on 42nd Street would tell you that's no way to beat the heat.

  • I still have their LP`s. This is a very beautiful song. Very special. I love the song since about 1977...

  • he's a poet and he didnt know it

  • We were out on a boat on Lewis and Clark Lake on the Missouri between South Dakota and Nebraska on a full moon night. I've watched this video and Moonlight many times before. How I wish I had a copy of the two to listen to while out there on the river.

  • I really enjoy this song but can't understand all the words.

Could someone help ? I've already looked on Lyrics.com with no luck.

    thnx robb

  • @esaradvisor Hi Robb, tell me what you're missing. Think I may be able to help you out.

  • I can't figure out all the words to this great little song, can anyone help ? thnx :)

  • I've always loved this type of music. It is a great choice! :)

  • I love this song! Thanks for posting it. The album cover is cool.

  • i remember liking this tune,,

  • I like this song. I only heard "Moonlight Feels Right". The lead singer has a good, strong voice.

  • The very first chord of this song sound JUST like "Dancing Queen" by ABBA!

  • I liked this one as much or more as "Moonlight Feels Right". Apparently, I was one of the few.

  • does anyone happen 2 have a video of this they could post ? sure would like 2 see it

  • I have this on vinyl, and it puts me in a good mood every time I listen to it.

  • what a wonderful tune from a great band & era dont know y this didn't make it to the top. I really enjoy the group

  • i think what is not appreciated is the h-tec synths going for the day . cause it seems for them it was just the picture being painted.

  • starbuck also released another song called lucky man .....(onot the popular one we all know)..chorus...its me and you and you and me

And were happy as a monkey in a cocanut tree...yah........

do anyone know of that one/?

  • @gfwhome Lucky Man is off the Moonlight Feels Right album just like this one. Great song, yes! Very clever and fun lyrics, too. I also love Bruce Blackman's vocal delivery.

  • This brings back great memories--It's been 30 years or better! Why have we never seen a "Starbuck's Greatest Hits"? Thanks for posting this great song.

  • Great song. Can someone please post "Everybody be dancin'"??????

  • Do you speak spanish??

    I like Everybody be Dancing.

Quien la tiene para que la ingrese a YouTube

  • Great song, but Oh, Dear God, what a CREEPY album cover...It hasn't "grown" on me a bit since '76...If anything, its creepier now than it was back then...

  • I'm amazed this wasn't a bigger hit than #43 on the chart. Moonlight Feels Right is so overplayed that it's refreshing hear this track after 33 years.

  • It sounds like Starbuck is coming after this one to be removed off of YOUTUBE. Repost it please right away once it's taken off.

  • Grrrreaaat!

  • This was the second hit song for the group, in my opinion the best of their "top 40" hits. Thanks for the posting, another happy memory!

  • I remember this song came out when I was waiting to find out if I was accepted to medical school. I heard it on the radio as I was driving to the post office to mail my application. Even 20 yrs after I graduated, this song still brings back that memory!

  • You have good taste and this is a good song!

  • Hey, for that time I was also entering medical school and had the disc Starbuck, remember not stop listening to moonlight feelsright. I'm from Argentina, I graduated and also remember those songs a lot, jaja. Excuse my English. Te saludo, Federico

  • More marimba!!! Love this band. Moonlight does, indeed, feel right.

  • Super, super, super!!!!

I was 15 years when this music had being on the ratio. Remember me times very fantastic and Moonlight feels right is another song to bring those senses with a excited heart.

    Thanks for share it.

    God bless all the world!

    Mery Christmas everbody!!!!!

    From Guatemala, Centroamérica.

  • Had the original LP, but no longer. Can anyone help me find this whole album on CD? please...every song on Moonlight Feels Right was fantastic

  • I might know a place that could have the original album. No promises-- but I think I have as best of chance as any. And if I find it, I'm sure it'll cost less than 20 bucks for you. Hell, if I find it, it won't cost you anything. I just like the challenge. Give me this week. Also, you couldn't find the CD on the net. I haven't tried. If not -- let's see what we can do.

  • Been a Starbuck fan since I was 5. Never heard this one until now. Wow. Nice. Obviously not a hit, but a great tune. Pop songs just aren't the same without strings a a marimba.

  • I think this was one of those regional hits, because some people remember it and some don't. It certainly got airplay in the interior of British Columbia in the fall of '76, and it brings back memories of my first weeks in junior high.

  • I love this song. It's too bad it wasn't a hit.

  • what a awsome melody for a mellow night at home

  • hi!!!

  • Love this one from Starbuck's LP ... way cool that someone posted it! Thanks a bunch!

  • very nice song

  • Oh, how nice!

  • Haven't heard this in 30 years. wow.

  • Starbuck's tunes "I Got To Know" and "Moonlight Feels Right" were big favorites of mine.....glad they got some airplay !!

  • I borrowed the lp from a friend and this was the "other song" that kept me coming back again and again. Great to hear after all these years--like Mr. Peabody's Way-back machine!

  • thanks.

I'm 36years old japanese. I found this cd in tower record at Shibuya.

this song makes me new and happy.

    >Mr. Peabody's Way-back machine!

    haha!

  • @romantichotel

Take me away, Mr. Peabody . . . please!!!

  • @romantichotel
