I wonder if other companies will do this because that looks kinda entertaining but I don't shop at a puma store. : / I want a bag that disappears, too. Thanks for encouraging me to spend money just so I can be amused by the bag, Puma.
@makkil I believe that in nature it just absorbs moist from air, like a paper bag, and it takes time to degrade completely. Ants and other animals may eat the pieces, the bag could be used in compost (if it's really that safe) for plants.
1. This was clearly a demonstration showing it is biodegradable......Puma does not expect you to dissolve each bag; you throw it away like any other bag and it decomposes in three months in the landfill, unlike plastic.
2. when do u ever see 145 degree F rain?!!?......the bag is also completely SUBMERGED in 1 L of water...unless u plan on taking this bag with you to the jacuzzi...u should be fine
come on guys, give Puma a break....they are trying to make a difference, stop hating
Hmm, instead of using clean water why not use water from say like after the dishes? I dunno, just thinking of ways to conserve clean water. And does it really have to be warm water? It's made of cornstarch so it will disintegrate in any liquid will it not?
very nice idea :] I support Puma's effort to become more environment-friendly, and hopefully one day we can all shop in shopping bags just like this wherever we go!
Since it took three minutes to dissolve the bag with the assistance of stirring, I would say that it will take 8-10 minutes for the bag to actually dissolve without stirring. This 8-10 minutes will be enough to reach your car in the parking lot, or seek shelter from the rain.
i see a lot a of people saying there´s no salvation to the world there´s no solutions to anything my answer: this video is the proof there´s a lot of people doing something for the world than saying those things
SUPER!

This is logical...the water is extremely hot and the bag loses its color and its melting...
