  • BTW, your stove is so freakin clean! Makes me feel bad. lol

  • @mollygrace hahaha

  • Stupid thing said my comment was too long and erased it! Ugh. Ok, I just wrote how to make oven-fried chicken. You spray a baking sheet with Pam, put th coated chicken on, lightly spray the chicken, then bake it real high at first.to make it "fried" and then bake it at a lower temp to cook the inside. It's tastey and even lower in fat and calories. cuzyou have to count the oil that gets soaked up in the coating when you fry.

  • @mollygrace sounds good ty for the advice

  • i use the soy flour also it actually tastes better ten the wheat flour looks good

  • @sweat2lve good idea

  • Lol at the beginning.

    You was like, Fried chickennnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • @Repudation :-))

  • i bake mine with cornflakes or frenchys fried onoins and seasoning and put the chicken in egg with the seasoning and it turned out great taste crunchy and is healthy

  • @KubwaNaNzuri thats sounds good

  • I love soy and wheat flour, I make cookies with it! Not sure if you use butter/margarine, but coconut oil is the buisness, I can just fall out it's soooo good. Saute with it and it gives food a butter taste. It has alot of fats, but HEALTHY fats. I use that and olive oil only.

  • @derekandkeyasha01 that sounds yummy

  • @derekandkeyasha01 Coconut oil also contains less calories per gram. It's around 6.8 calories per gram vs most other fats which are 9 calories.

  • LOOKS GOOD!!!!

  • lemon juice is a great dressing for your salad

  • @shabrina360 i love my ranch dressing :-"(

  • Chef Kimonica <3

  • looks really good! I sometimes use parmasean cheese (the kind in the can or plastic container) to bread my chicken and it is sooooo delish and low carb!

  • @meeha007 i never heard of that ummmmmm interesting

  • It's looks great, I dont know if you know but they do make low sodium Lawry's seasoning salt. Also, Mrs. Dash and McCormicks has stepped up too they have some many different seasonings now, and that's is what I use to cut back on the salt and still get some flavor; can't have bland food. Keep up the good work. Ms. Pat

  • Try using TONGS to turn your meat.. That way the juices will stay in your chicken!!!.. Just a little note for anyone who cares

  • @MarvBerry 2 funny imma have to go to the dollar tree and get some

  • Well done. A tip put your salad dressing off to the side and dip the tip of your fork in the salad dressing as you are eating you salad. You will find that you use less dressing (therefore less calories) by doing this.

  • @nakeasha good idea ty u hun

  • Gyyyrl this looks too good, thanx 4 sharing this delicious chicken recipe diva =)

  • @MzSh0paHauLiK081 :-) ty maam and i hope u like it

  • extra crunchy yummy healthy chicken alternative: process some no sodium saltines until they're fine bread crumb consistency (saltines are low in calories), toss in any seasonings you want, beat an egg white with a little water, dip the chicken in the egg then into the crumbs - then lay on a baking tray lightly sprayed with cooking spray or you can rub some olive oil on there - just enough to give the tray a shine. bake 350 for 20 minutes and it's really awesomely crunchy and still juicy w/o oily

  • @AphoticOndy that sound awesome but you kno how u have those days that nothin will make u happy but a piece of fryed chicken in grease... loll thats why i did this vid to do it a lil heathier... i might have to try this b/c it does sound good
