The amp is an MA HK4000D, supposedly 4000w @ 1 ohm, but probably more like 3600w or less. It was being run at .75ohm.

The sub is a non "C" HD3 15" dual 1.5. Dunno what VC it is . . . . this was over 2 years ago and I've since sold everything and gotten out of car audio.

But yeah, it's all in the box ;)

ud prob low that alt quick to be honest. i had an 105 amp alt and blew it from 1 12" kenwood but i was getting close to 100k miles on my car so i blamed it on that soo the rents would let me keep the system but with my PD's and my mymphis amp i blew another 105A alt. i think it would def be rough man

Yes, I used to beat on the sub like that every day with no problems. It'll only crap out if you intentionally let it fry because you'll smell the voice coils burning waaayyy before the sub goes out.

hmm i installed a similar system in my friends accord today and it smashes the lows =) 3.85 cubes @ 40hz with 1 8.5" sono. with 1 audioque sd 2.5 15" and a rf 1000bd. hopin to do around a 142 or so at the headrest since it peaks around 34hz!
