The songs aren't so bad for a show, but in a competition everybody skates with the lights (turned on?) and in even a junior competition the jumps are triples, you juts find a double, the double axel. The film is cute, but the rules are so wrong.

I have to say although thats quite good skating its not actually up to olympic standered=/ Ever see the end of this film where they just cal out the names for the olymipcs? ts not done like that! And you cant have those kind of lights either in the olympics! Its against the rules, you also cant just change your song and routine like that either. Disney dne the same with Ice Princess as well!

This movie is the reason why I don't like figure skating movies. There are so many rules being broken, like the fact that she's fourteen and they're talking about her going to the Olympics (and they're using an obsolete judging scale.)

I have to give ANY kind of ice skater their props. I tried ice skating once and I got smoked by some little 5 year olds -_-* It took me about 5 minutes just to make one lap because I couldn't get my blade to move in the right direction. Oh well...at least I only fell once ^_^ but I can't say that it was a gentle fall.

Despite some faults in this scene I think Jordan did pretty well for a first time skater. For this movie she had to learn to ice skate with an Olympic choreographer, and she only had a stunt double for some of the scenes.
