I don't really care for Ralph Nader. In fact I think it's partially his fault we've been stuck with Bush in the White House for stealing the 2000 election from Gore but watching that video makes me feel sorry for him that the press just censors him like that.

Least-worst option to each side. It just shows how decrepit the Democratic party really is. Three top reasons: - He stands for people, not corporations. - He's honest and tells as it is. - He offers solutions, not promises or empty rhetoric. And his solutions benefit people, not corporations.

1. He is in favor of bringing our troops home faster than Obama or McCain.
2. He is for the repeal of the Taft-Hartley anti-union law
3. He supports a living wage from all jobs.
4. He is in favor of single payer health insurance.
5. He is in favor of cutting the military budget in half to invest the money into these causes.
That among many of things (look at his site), his record as a consumer advocate over the last 40 years stands for itself.

pacman341, Ralph Nader is not in the pockets of big corporations and as a result does not follow the corporate agenda and instead supports the US Constitution as the founding document of government.
Ralph Nader would instead push forward issues that have the support of the majority of Americans, things like cutting a bloated defense budget ($670 billion annually) and universal health care for all Americans.
Ralph Nader is a man of the people.

i think i like this argument, bring the troops home period, you want to defend the USA do it at home, there is no reason we have military bases all over the world. another country needs help call us on the phone. but a strong offense is much worse then having a strong defense. but we need to get the guys who attacked us, guess what the real guys are dead, blown up with the planes. who plotted the attacks needs to be sorted and dealt with, these wars are not addressing the issue

i find it funny they both claim to have predicted the credit crisis, and both claim totally different remedies for the problem.
I like Ron Paul's argument better, but I have seen more of it than Nader's.

So what? The primaries had 8 contestants debating. This is a minor issue that can be resolved in a host of ways. Nader polls significantly higher than these other 3rd party candidates and is on the ballot in 45 states.

Its sad to see what Nader has been reduced to. I think he's entered his second childhood - he seems to be really hungry for the spotlight. Its SO sad. On some shows he's on I see him slurring his words and going for cheap laughs. He's but a shadow of his former self but it hasn't quite dawned on him yet. He wants to hold on to his celebrity.

I love Ralph Nader!!! He rocks!!! I went to see him speak a few years back and we waited forever, because...he sent the limo back and asked for a fuel efficient car!!! The University had to get a smart gas car or he wouldn't go....loved it and love it!!! That's why I am voting Obama, unlike McCain who has how many cars? 13?
