Actually it's a perk you get called comprehension that doubles the skill points on a book

What the fuck are u talking about??

All those books are right there where I show. There is no hacks about the books and this video is about the books. The reason why I have that weapon and good stats is because its faster and easier for me to show all the locations. If i really was playing on level 2 skills and SPECIALs, I wouldnt be able to show all the locations. This way I can have all the books just in 2 videos / skill. With these videos u know locations for all books ;)

@S4lem93 might be the secret instant kill .44 magnum, but also guns do more damage wen u max the appropriate skill for them, like small guns

No actual cheats for the weapon itself. Its the Blackhawk, unique Scoped .44 Magnum. I have a video for it.

For these Skill Book videos I used console commands to max my SPECIALs and skills and to get that gun, so its easier and faster for me to show all these locations. As u can see, Im only at level 2, since I needed an early point of the game, so all books are untouched, but I also needed max stats and a good weapon to get all done faster and to save viewers time. Thats all.

Henkibojj - getting the skill books themselves will not net you any achievements, only on the PS3 can get you one or you can say it helps you to get closer to the PLATINUM TROPHY, oh by the way i got all achievements on fallout thanks to orcideas DATA MINER GUIDE!!!!!!

What's the point of getting into Germantown Police HQ when you need a lockpick skill of 100 to even get in there? Why search for the book in the first place when A) the skill is already maxed out and B) there are no trophies/achievements for getting all books?

Thats not the only way to get in Germantown Police HQ, just a shortcut. Like how to get to Pinkerton in the Broken bow.And so what if there's no achievements, it's not like it really does anything, but a way to show off nothing. While i don't have a PS3 so I would'nt know about that.

when u go to the jury street metro and do the unmarked quest Rube's Gold Ribbon and the stuff doesn't come out all the way just stand under where it comes out and shoot a single shot at the blockage and it will come sliding down

Ive been holding out for the Game Of The Year Edition for the 360 and I haven't purchased any DLC and I needed to know something. If I install the disk, can it be installed on multiple consoles or hard drives. My plan was to get the goty edition from eBay, install disk 2, and then sell it back and not lose any money. You can get a perk called scrounger that basically doubles all the ammo in containers. So instead of 6 shotgun shells you get 12.

If you have the The Pitt you can convert scrap metal into ammo by using the ammo press in the steel mill.

Also as MartianBuddy said there is a perk to help with more ammo too.

Orcidea uses console commands to max out all his skills and SPECIALs in the beginning of the game. That's why you see him having a Lockpick skill of 100 at Level 2, which is impossible unless you have PC (console commands).

Reason these guides on the skill books are so handy is by knowing how many books you have to work with you can better spend your special points and end up with a much more rounded character instead of pissing away your skill points then ending up with skill books you have no use for since you already capped out at 100 on that skill.

Mostly it depends on habit and preference of the player, but it is a fact that a highly experienced player with keyboard and mouse is much faster and more accurate.

It will not affect any mods u can use...
