so the real problem is th EPA for setting unrealistic targets. what was wrong with the standards we had before?

I live in Taylorville and I have yet to see anything of this sort even thought about being built. I was just curious what happened since may.

The plant's developers have asked the Illinois legislature for legislation that will help privately finance the project. It passed the Illinois Senate 48-0 but has been held up in the House by opposition from Attorney General Madigan and Speaker Madigan. The plant's developers are ready to move forward and it is hoped that a deal can be struck soon.

Very interesting video... I live about 2 miles (in visual range) of where this plant will be. I can only imagine what this could do for the economy...
