I had my eyeliner and lipstick done permanently. I love it! It was done about 9 or 10 years ago and it is still there. I had full lips done and for the eyeliner, went with the "Less is more" rule and just got the basic base liner so that if I don't want a thicker line sometimes, or if I want to add a flair on the outer corners or change up the shape a bit, I am able to do so with little effort, but I don't have to struggle with getting the main line right. I am thinking of going a bit thicker

This type of tattooing is used for lots of reasons including reconstruction and scar coverage not just eyeliner. It's not retarted if you have lost your eyebrows and eyelashes as a result of cancer treatment this is a very good option for alot of people male and female.

Mine has lasted about 2 yrs and is just beginning to need a touch up. It's just fading a tiny bit and not as distinct as it was originally. Lips need retouching more frequently...like yearly.

@redhotzzzzz lips don't need retouching yearly. lol. i had mine done 12 years ago and my lips are still fine. could use a touch up but there's still fine. i didn't even have a top lip, she had to draw one on and it's still there. ha ha.
