What an amazing place to visit. I've been to the Normandy beaches twice as well as Pegasus Bridge, Pointe du Hoc and the superb war museum in Caen. I was completely in awe of what happened there. Going inside the German bunkers and walking the beaches is an humbling experience for anyone who appreciates history.
