Things are the way they are because some basic version of that system worked at some point and it kept evolving - in fact the system is still evolving; albeit very slowly.

It seems obvious that a mind is responsible for nature, but why must you assume it is one mind? Why not several? Why God rather than Gods? Why not maintenence staff, scientists, entertainment managers, explorers, inventors, etc? Why not just say "Whatever controls this reality"? Bilogical functions aren't conclusive evidence for "Intelligent Design", in fact they are more often than not conclusive evidence for evolution. Whomever produced this video didn't take the time to research these matters beforehand thoroughly enough (as evidenced by calling the functions of the sperm "miracles") and just ran with the notion that if it's complicated and "icky" than God must have done it. Neato as the imagery may be, the message is outdated, disproved and obsolete.
