I came here due to me remembering this commercial on my vhs tapes and recently listening to Gustav Holst's music made me think that Juptier was the ending music. It seems it wasn't. What is the music that appears at the end? I like it.
I bought The Addams Family on VHS, was sitting through the previews... and this happened. I was very confused and immensely entertained... I'm glad someone else saw the humour in this!
I agree BTW Vernon, this is a classic piece. How you doing anyway? Any word on a new STTE? I would love to know what you and other cast members have been up to. Maybe that's coming up in part 3. THANK YOU SO MUCH for parts 1 and 2. They are just fantastic. - Lee
I feel your pain Vernon. Ok, not quite as bad, but through watching your documentaries I've felt a real connection with the Experience and the huge amount of loving work that was put into it. It's closure was so sad, and hit so many people who genuinely cared about it. I only got to go once, and it was at an age when I didn't appreciate it. I'm glad you've been able to share this all, so I can see it again. Here's hoping for the Experience - A!
@VWVVWVVWV You know, I realize why they made an exact replica of the TNG bridge for the Experience, as most people would connect to that bridge more. But, considering the timeline, "Klingon Encounter" obviously took place after All Good Things... and before Generations. It would have been awesome to see the Generations bridge for the Experience, but alas, it was not meant to be. Hopefully when the new Experience opens and *if* Klingon Encounter returns, we'll see The Big E instead of the D.
A $2.50 rebate? Oooohhhhhh myyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!

So, George Takei is still alive by the 24th Century, promoting VHS tapes? Intriguing.

My pleasure - no recent news on STTE-A, all the other employees have moved on, and I just keep working on my series to avoid the depression...

I take it he's on the actual set for Star Trek: The Next Generation, since the Experience wasn't built until was it 98?
leeleses 2 years ago
Correct - this was the TNG bridge shortly before it was remodeled for Generations. Ours wouldn't exist at STTE for another three years.
