Very nicely played - I like your tone too....nice and smooth and cutting through.
One thing I always loved about this piece is how the sweeping arpeggios sound very piano-like and are dropped right back in the mix - which made working it out by ear a slight challenge (God I am old all of a sudden - this was almost 20 years ago) but well worth the perseverance at the time.
Saludos
@swordstauker Hm back then I was just running my LTD MH-201 all-stock through a Marshall MG250DFX with some reverb on the FX channel. The settings I think were about 8-7-8 for Hi, Mid, Bass. Now I go with 8-5-8 usually, get a bit more distinction between the frequencies.
Well, I'll tell you this much. If you're trying to learn it then just go slow. Play it clean and slowly. Once you can play all of it slowly speed up a bit. Every now and then just to remind yourself o your goal challenge your fingers and try to play it fast. You'll probably find you can't really do it fast for more than a few bars. Then just keep practicing slow to fast.
wow bro u r like a god lol i cant believe someone can play is as quick and clean as jason
quick question...wat gauge strings do you use cus at the moment ive been using 10 gauge but its like harder the bend and sweep compared to my friends guitars so i just wanted to know what gauge you use so i can change thx =]
