@psmx7 0.5-1.0 are both good for scars (depending what kind), i'd say you should try the derma roller or using Mederma scar gel, if you could afford it go with the lasers (thats what i would do) but if you are uncomfortable with them, just use the roller

@psmx7 Hello!!! I know what you are saying and I agree with you cause I have tried so many things and this is been so far the best ever, Now, it has not erased my scars 100% but at least 60% of it, is much better. I have very few ice pick scars and they are much better is like they don't look as obvious but over all it's been the best thing for me at least. I hope it helped.

@s1mpl3k1d Hello!!! No I don't do it every day but I am doing it every two weeks cause I want to try and see how it works better to use it and so far every week looks like the way to go.

what needle length did you use??Also, does this help with enlarged pores?

@kysouljaboy123 I use the1.5mm needles but unfortunately i have noticed very little improvement on my pores if any but my scars are dramatically shallower and the tone of my skin is also dramatically more even. over all I will recommend it because it really works.

@claudis1975 how many need do derma roller have?? is your skin gets softer too? i heard derma stamp works better because its small and has140 needles.

@ji3200 I don't know exactly how many needles does it have but I have read that derma stamp is real good too and I think I might just give it a try and yes my skin is getting so much softer and the dark spots and sun damage are about 60% better so i guess I can say that derma roller is one of the best things I have ever tried. I well check in to the needle count on derma rollers thank you.

I use it once a week and every time I get a treatment I get real good results just make sure you clean it real good before and after every treatment and use neosporin and moisturizer cause you"ll shed skin, not to bad but your skin will feel a little dry for about two days.

hey @claudis, i have been doing derma rolling too, a really good moisturiser which moisturises, soothes the skin and fights infection. Its really good to use the 2nd and 3 days after the derma roller. It is called Bepanthen first Aid. looking fabulous btw. :)
