I always thought you had to compete for the country you was born in.

Nastia was born in Russia but moved to America as a child, I guess if you live a certain time you can select the country you want or something?

I know this is like of the smallest relevancy in gymnastics (I would know as I am an elite) but she has the most amazing toes and feet ever. seriously watch her point when she is doing beam, she rocks!

pointing your toes is not one of the top 10 most important things to perfect on beam. bars and floor yes, but beam is mostly about structure, elegance and skills

Nastia Liukin is really a great gymnast and she is the world's greatest becuase she works hard and has a great coach. A girl who has a good coach that is willing to do whatever it takes to win will make it to the best around! And that is what I think Nastia Liukin is. ;) Great song it fits the montage very well !!

hehe...I can do that. That's why she's my favorite gymnast. I've always been really flexible and dainty like her and never a powerhouse. She's a true role model.
