I'd be willing to bet Wall St. has facilitated more jobs beeing created in China, than it has in this nation.
Bottom Line:
Corporatocracy is simply not working.
It is failing our education system, our health care system, our infrastructure, our environment, and or overall economy in favor of the very military industrial complex, about which President Eisenhower warned us, over sixty years ago.
Wall Street does not create jobs. Demand creates jobs. Maybe they need to be taught how America works. Wall Street helps pillage the world's resources that we all depend on and sells them back to us for a profit. If that's America's system, then its the system that is corrupt. What these two pawns are basically saying is that without Wall Street there would be no commerce and I don't think I have to explain how absurd that notion truly is.

show us these so called jobs you old fucks,,, cause we sure dont see them, oh wait you mean the 100,00 jobs they create for the private sector?? the jobs only the top 1% can get who dont need jobs cause they have enough money stolen from us that they could live the rest of there lives and still hand down 3 or more generations of inheritance to the next top 1% ...
White man owns everything. It has been like this since the inception of the united states and if you think I am wrong you are deluded. The "Fed" is owned by rich independent White people, Rockefeller started the whole system, they have NO real gov oversight. The U.S is eurocentric and anyone who thinks otherwise is sorrily mistaken. Just look at congress for christ's sake! All White. Something is very wrong here, oh and by the way I am 100% white but I refuse to be asleep for this "dream."
It's sad that some Americans actually defend the 1% we are living in a Gilded Age where wealth and power is concentrated and those who think of themselves as "more intelligent" than the simple minded protestor's and speak against OWS are brain-washed subjects.
If Occupy does not prevail...what will happen to America?
@mphello Best not to preach killing. I understand your passion but we all need to be careful of our inner fascist. When fighting monsters we should be careful not to become monsters ourselves. Occupying Wall St, well it is good thing to let them know via protest but ultimately we need to occupy the land, localise and reduce our dependency on them. Growing our own food, working together at a local level is peaceful sedition.
Mike, grow up!!!!! included ? those "excluded", and I use that term loosely, are only those that do not take advantage of their own individual ability to take part in the economic system....these are revolutionaries utilizing catch phrases built upon fallacies praying on both the disillusionment and a lack of knowledge ingrained within our populace....it is willful ignorance to propagate this message. Go make another movie and million before your "friends" set their sights on you !
What the grey haired guy said is BULLSHIT. They don't finance the guy in his garage, they put all the money into self inflating dirivitives. That is where the MONEY is, buying up dirivitives and then selling those dirivitives to pension funds and getting out before they collapse.
I'd like it without the propaganda please. Showing people praying while we are trying to keep zealots out spooks a few of us I'm sure. Also if someone is calling you a monkey, please show the video in full context so we can see everyone around and the persons name otherwise it looks set up. The Native nailed it for that dick though, 200 years is right. of land grabbing and theft of everything including human character. We are all enslaved to these people and kept in fear by brainwashed jackboots
Wow. The capitalists say they don't understand the protest, and honestly believe that they are responsible for creating jobs.
Let's review...
Great ideas happen in university labs and garages
The capitalists don't get involved with great ideas... they only get involved in great ideas that can make them rich. They are parasites that tax great ideas.
These gentlemen, especially the one with the monkey vocab, seem to forget who bailed them out of their little monopoly game.
@moeisme67 They create jobs alright.. just not here in the US where they are needed. No, they outsource so they can squeeze every penny of profit out of some poor 3rd world schmo working for pennies an hour.
I dunno i encourage everyone to get along as best as possible .. but look out for them shady white men ...im telling you this is heavly they shackles...
In my country, if you calls someone a monkey that would be very, very insulting and the consequence would be quite violent. Considering that the people here loves a good brawling.
freedom? freedom is when you live in a country with no numbers and chips attached to your identity. freedom is when you don't have to work like a dog and sacrifice seeing your children grow up, just so you can afford a visit to the doctor. freedom is when you can collect on the streets of your country without looking like a herd of desperate sheep guided by the police.
i don't think many americans even suspect what freedom is like.
Derivatives are not legal tender but they allow them buy real assets with them....the whole thing is illegal!!! Makes me laugh they "finance things" They rip and tear and its a steal all you can while you can...this country is over and I would NOT bother protesting...they are planning the depopulation of the trouble makers...the only way to win is creating laws to get control of the printing press that is burying us in debt. END the madness...and you have a chance..riot and they will end you!!!!
@n9productions well there's plenty videos on youtube were people were disrespecting american flag and as a combat veteran i felt offended. and if you don't believe me about the junkies well theres alot of high profile cases of drug sharing on this protest plus the violence and vadalism
@ALEWAR0311 thats just lame thing to say, at every event junkies and criminals shows up, besides alot of the 1% are criminals aswell, and their kids are junkies, its not about crime or whatever, its about we all OWN the world, and people got enough to share but noone wants to, hey i got a gazillion dollars but my family is gonna need them... WHAT?
@ALEWAR0311 what you have not understood about the junkies and the criminals (the tiny tiny minority) that are present at the movement is that they are NOT the movement. Those people are simply bogarting off of the movement and using it for their own advantage and it is not related to what the movement actually is or stands for.
giving people welfare instead of creating jobs for them will only cause people to become dependent on the system, and that will put an increasing stress on the economy.
@ALEWAR0311 The junkies and criminals you refer to were mostly homeless that were already there. Occupy Portland got a bad rap because of drug users also. These were homeless people that came to Occupy camp because there was food and medicine. They weren't shunned away because the movement is about the people. The corporate bankers have received a tax cut for the last 12 years and are we out of a depression? No, they took their bailouts and 130 companies outsourced their jobs over seas.
@ALEWAR0311 I don't think they committed any crimes. At least not there. At least not in New York,if I remember correctly. Also, how the hell can you "know" a guy/gal is a junkie when you see them?
I respect everyone who cares enough to be there even if I don't agree with some of the more socialist/marxist views but one thing that annoys the hell out of me is that repeat after me style chanting I meam a few catchy slogans fine but just parroting everything that some guy says is plain dumb and the sort of group think behaviour that got us in this mess in the first place.
I'm not trying to be mean hearted, it's just constructive criticism.
@TheManFromDystopia Its a system devised by the protestors to amplify speakers voices since any type of sound amplification systems would require permits. That way the information "ripples" through the park and can travel greater distances. Far from dumb its Quite smart actually.
@TheManFromDystopia ppl critisize the movement for not having a message.... but when they voice that message by the only means they have necessary (peoples voices) you also critisize em???? the "Mic Check" is their message. listen to it.
No one HAS to repeat after him. These people who chant stuff like "Love and Respect" probably agree with these philosophies. If they didn't they probably wouldn't repeat after him. The whole reason why people go to Occupy Wallstreet is because they are sick of being grouped in with and treated like sheeple, not because they ARE sheeple (which they are far from).
I love how the wall street bankers just play dumb...soulless heartless drones...we will take you down. We are the military, we serve your food, we make you clothes, we teach your children, WE... This is change and we WILL NOT back down... keep pushing...make change happen from big to small
"We" know how the system works, everything floats up to the the top. and riddle me this where do we get the money to pay back the intrest on your loans, someone has to go broke. maybe "they" should learn how the system works in America
The higher the nonexistant values go on Wall St. the harder will be the plunge when the bubble bursts. Solid value is in the people who work, not in those who speculate.
Really? Because 80% of all shares traded on wall street are traded between investors, not investors and companies. Only 20% of wall street actually helps finance business.
Interesting how the Wall Street guys are so testy, "Shut up monkey." Shows you how they feel about others opinions. Calling somebody anarchist shows how little they know about anarchism. Thinking your way is the only way, is part of the FASCIST way!
An online wall street journal article points out why the "soak the rich" policies don't work, in fact they hurt the economy.Politicians in Annapolis created a millionaire tax bracket, raising the top marginal income-tax rate to 6.25%. One year later, one-third of the millionaires have disappeared from Maryland tax rolls. Instead of the coffers gaining the extra $106 million the politicians predicted, millionaires paid $100 million less in taxes than they did last year -- even at higher rates.
Please Check Out The Fat Cat Bankers by Tokyo Rose it's a shame the end of this video will never become reality. Enjoy at least if's funny in a Satirical Way
1:16 what a stupid bastard, "tax the wall street parasites" WTF? I guess he doesn't understand what a parasites is.Something that takes from a host that does not give back is a parasites.
@bigrebnc1861 Alright, how about General Motors and Goldman Sachs?
I agree the sign is stupid but a lot of people do a lot of work for large companies and make jack while some guy at the top crunches numbers at a desk all day, makes some fucking bogus decision that ends up landing his company in trouble and what does he do? Lays his hard working staff off.
Then this same douche bag pays himself $40m while his COEs get $5m bonus incentives.
I like how the Wall Street guys skip over any discussion of high frequency trading or derivatives which clearly have nothing to do with investing in companies that actually contribute to society.
2:27 Don't listen to Ron Paul/End the Fed people? What?!? They and the Occupiers should be uniting. The history of the Federal Reserve is at least as disgusting, if not moreso, than that of Wall Street. Both are mechanisms for the ultra rich to steal money from the middle and lower classes, both are responsible for the death and/or impoverishing of millions around the world, and this guy wants to get rid of one and nationalize the other? That's insane.
WTF? MONKEY? YOU MOTHERF*CKING BACKSTABBING ARROGANT *rage quit*
May you experience one day what it's like to have to steal some flip flops cause you don't have any money to dress yourself living in slums of 3rd world countries, and get beat up for it.
Wake the hell up.
Who made you the leader of the world? What makes you any better than that kid that got trialed for stealing those flip flops huh?
We're tired of bowing down to you suits like you're god.
such arrogance, i think wall street has outlived its usefulness, look up the Venus Project and learn of how we dont need these racist arrogant assholes. if people have finally woken up the to idea of unity then we are at the brink of the venus project
@SoldierCyfix Wall Street has outlived its usefulness? Maybe you should contemplate what removing WS from the equation would do, them repost a more educated reply.
Mike says " Peaceful and respectful" where was he when the monkey guy was trying to be hot shit? The monkey guy was all like hey. YOu might be protesting but im the guy that represents what your protesting against. We think your a BITCH.
N9 ... Hats off for not busting that jerk off in the face. I know we are supposed to do the give peace a chance stuff, BUt when he repeated himself????? BAMMM !!!! manners are never
misused. Good job and great stuff.
@Lozman ... the boobs in the corner work on me repeatedly LOL and that's a photo shop tease..LOL
its impossable to have a currency backed by gold not enough lesiuze in it not enough we would all starve how ever the way the fed is throwing the money around to much the are not sure how to get things goin its like they are making panic moves. i think what needs to happen is to impose a cap on us for how much we can barrow for a period of five years at the same time continue with the normal of currecy deletiong burning damaged money as they call it deleting the currency decreasing the volume
Has anyone else noticed that when you look at any 'protest' site that the recommended sites shown on the right of the screen always have some woman with big breasts at around number three? That's not a 'let's direct the nerds away from this kind of thing' at all is it?
The 2 hacks at the beginning are so delusional! Their logic, complete with calling the guy who is asking a legitimate question a "monkey" is just a way to justify their whoredom. Wall Street is NOT Main Street. How is Exxon not paying any corporate taxes helping small businesses? How is deregulated banking systems and a culture that only caters to stockholders good for innovation and product integrity? America has suffered, lost its standing in our world, because of jokers like those two!
There are a lot of upset people, and rightfully so, but you can't expect that the government has the capacity too solve all your problems let alone theirs, Ron Paul is on the right track, we need to remove the welfare state and reduce government and spending, I think some of the protesters want the best of both worlds, Ron Paul just wants to eliminate your tax burden, so true revenue can be put to work for America, not invested overseas by wall street.
they're in the wrong city. they should be in Washington D.C. where politicians have ALLOWED Wall St. to function in the manner that is has. Washington is where the sell outs are.
@energeez the only concrete demands that can be made are that our lawmakers and gov't do their assigned JOBS of looking out for us responsible jobseeking and rights seeking citizens instead of sh*tting all over us and reaping our benefits.
"The day the unions came to visit..." WTF?!? This whole thing began with Trade Unionists in Madison, Wisconsin... I joined the Occupy movement because trade unionists in Wisconsin reminded me what was possible...
unless the common people of America take charge nothing will change and conditions will deteriorate. As an outsider watching those who were involved in the occupy movement, I have nothing but respect for them for trying to both spread the message and for doing it in a calm matter (in most cases)
They want jobs and how jobs are created? OK, I will bite, tell me how jobs are created "here in America"? "We finance companies and companies are people", that how you bastards are able to buy politicians and no companies are not people. When a person kills he either gets jailed for life or gets the needle but when companies through their tactics kill people by playing with their lives the CEOs get bonuses, you greedy slum lords.
Nothing can take away from the fact that Wall Street reaped huge profits not by being clever but by making riskier and riskier bets...with other people's money. Then people started to worry about their money and asked for it back. And of course the banks couldnt produced it--it was all gone, gambled away.
The government created the mess we're in, how in the world do you figure it will now solve it?
It's like telling the arsonist to put out the fire with gasoline.
Mike means well as most do who speak the way he just did but the reality is, we aren't the same, some are smarter and better than others with some things, others are better with other things.
What the government does is assume everyone is the same and puts laws to "level things" and ends up causing more harm.
I don't think people want to kill Wall Street. They only want fair competition and business, and an end to corporatism and crony capitalism as it is being practiced today. The people want to see an end to the subsidizing of banks and companies by the taxpayers while the people's jobs are sent to other countries by the traitors in congress.
@agcw86 Yes, fairness in business,,, dream on. Example: I buy stocks in my favorite company. Someone plots to take the stock of that company from me,,, and they do. I never wanted to sell the stocks, but the laws are rigged so a parasite with more cash than me can steal it if they so desire.
Short sales ?a legal business practice?? Now for all the parasites that will step up and defend that parasite practice to follow.
nothing can stop us. not the police . not the politicians. not the military. NOBODY CAN STOP US. russians are protesting their own corrupt government. COME OUT EN FORCE. SHOW THE WORLD AND THESE RETARDED POLITICIANS WE FCKIN MEAN BUISENESS. SHOW THE WORLD AMERICA CAN RISE AGAIN! COME OUT MY BROTHERS. COME OUT MY SISTERS. SHOW THE WORLD. WE. ARE.

MrWolfsvudo 1 month ago

Let's review...
Great ideas happen in university labs and garages
The capitalists don't get involved with great ideas... they only get involved in great ideas that can make them rich. They are parasites that tax great ideas.
These gentlemen, especially the one with the monkey vocab, seem to forget who bailed them out of their little monopoly game.

freedom? freedom is when you live in a country with no numbers and chips attached to your identity. freedom is when you don't have to work like a dog and sacrifice seeing your children grow up, just so you can afford a visit to the doctor. freedom is when you can collect on the streets of your country without looking like a herd of desperate sheep guided by the police.

@ALEWAR0311 what you have not understood about the junkies and the criminals (the tiny tiny minority) that are present at the movement is that they are NOT the movement. Those people are simply bogarting off of the movement and using it for their own advantage and it is not related to what the movement actually is or stands for.

TheManFromDystopia 1 month ago
@TheManFromDystopia Its a system devised by the protestors to amplify speakers voices since any type of sound amplification systems would require permits. That way the information "ripples" through the park and can travel greater distances. Far from dumb its Quite smart actually.
n9productions 1 month ago
@TheManFromDystopia ppl critisize the movement for not having a message.... but when they voice that message by the only means they have necessary (peoples voices) you also critisize em???? the "Mic Check" is their message. listen to it.
hitchains 1 month ago
@TheManFromDystopia
