Subhana'Allah. I can understand some, but would really appreciate, insha'Allah ta'ala, if you could provide english translations. Anything, even a weak translation, would be something ya akhi!

He wants to praise the Sunna of Mohammad Salla Allahou Alayhi Wsallam and show that the sunna is a religious necessity as the holy Koran. He gives the example of prayer indications which are not fully mentionned in the Koran (as the number of rakaat) but described in the sunna. He added that saying that sunna is not necessary is very critical and dangerous and no muslim should accept that.
