my fatigue was the worst symptom. Infacy I had given up on life. luck I DID NOT give up. a one hour CCSVI proceedure changed my life. Finnaly I had the answer to my years of inexplained fatigue
@gekiryudojo I want to start running because I use to before I was diagnosed, but I'm so scared....how did you do it? Did you start off slow and how do you feel afterward?
@ldlittle1 I Exercise every day and walk every day but I try not to over do it I was Liberated from CCSVI 9 months ago in Serbia, and have improved back to 99% normal since, I feel like I do not have MS any more but did a month ago when I walked 5 miles without a rest, you see MS causes damage thats a fact where is no quick Fix, I Take LDN but no MS Drugs they will kill you. I Exercised before the lib so do that a much as you can!
Fatigue is my worst enemy. I get up in the morning wondering when it will set in. But I just deal with it and do what I can. I was so active before and I really do miss that ,motivation is just not there although I am thinking about it all day. The things and activities I used to do with no problem. Life goes on and so will I. Take one day at a time and enjoy it till it is time to go to bed. All my love to all the MS people out there, where ever you are. We are all in this together.
Fatigue was my worst symptom for years before diagnosis. A one hour CCSVI proceedure changed my life. Hypoperfusion explains fatigue in MS.
