This happend with a few of my videos, but if you choose to go against the copyright thing (i forgot what it's called, but it let's you if your video matches third party content) and you type in the US copyright law (google it and you can easily find it) then say it's for educational purposes then they'll let oyu have the audio...but you have to do this before you audio swap...so upload it again and try that ;)
