So Barry Bonds is being made to pay for all of Baseball's sins. He's a jerk, but the feds are clearly out to get him. $6 million and 4 years and this? It is unreasonable.

Barry Ass Kissers lines of defense: 1.) You're racist. 2.) Barry didn't take steroids. 3.) Maybe Barry did take steroids, but you can't prove it. 4.) Ok, maybe you can prove it, but he would've broken the records anyway. 5.) Ok, maybe he wouldn't have broken the records, but he should still go to the hall of fame and be recognized as a great player. 6.) If you don't agree, you're just a cracker, so refer to point 1.

Martha Stewart was sent to jail for 6 months for telling lies to a Grand Jury. So Bonds should get a similar penalty but not 30 years. Basically the guy only hurt himself by taking steroids. 30 years in jail should be for people who sell heroin or kill someone like Jason Williams.

He didn't "just" take steriods. He committed perjury and obstructed a congressional investigation. If he'd admitted taking the steroids, this would be a non issue, but he didn't. He LIED, under oath, to cover his ass and have people believe his "talent" was all natural.. Well, it aint.
