empty your tank and be alone in the car. total weight will be 100kg +/- lighter. and it will go faster. my civic lsi 1.5 did do 221km/h with almost emty tank, no subwoofer in the back and no passengers. with full tank, subwoofer and 1 passenger max speed was 199km/h. measuered this with a gps so it should be right.

With my sedan a com to 208Km/h, and just be for months found that rpm can go to 7200 with out problem:D, odometer is on 237000km right now.

Tambem tenho um , top speed deste carro atinge-se em quarta e é de 215 as 7200 rpm, quando mete quinta anda para 200, mas se apanhar uma boa descida dá quase 240 a quinta é mesmo muito longa veja-se a 230 aí vai salvo erro nem a 6000 rpm ;)

holy shit a 1.5L vtec could go 220kmh + ..... fucking awesome. damn vtec owns.....but i wonder whats better..... MIVEC, VVTL-i, VVL versus VTEC.... and if they could go any faster with 1.5L engine and almost same specs. thanks for any help.

Rev up 4th. gear @ 7000rpm

and get your 5th. gear over 5300rpm thats the point of "vtec" and so your Civic will pull over 220km/h ;)

It is a Civic EK3 1.5 VTEC with 115hp. The only thing I did to it was driving it in a big downhill! :)) No mods at all!

Don't forget I was going downhill! But 4th gear on a big, big straight will pass a bit 200km/h. But no, the car is 100% original!

É mesmo! :) E o som do motor é muito bom! Quanto a consumos eu sei.. ja fiz 5,8L numa viagem de 400km pela nacional.. sempre em economia (luz verde ligada).

eu tenho o mesmo modelo, mas a versão 1.6 com 125 cv e... não tenho o sistema econo (com muita pena minha), mas dá mais que 200 sem descida :D

No entanto trocava o ir a 200 onde quer que fosse por umas boas litradas de gasolina a menos ;)
