Vos recettes ont l'air sympa mais je préfère la recette traditionnelle avec les oeufs, le beurre et la crème. Bien plus riche certes mais j'y ajoute des feuilles de menthe émincées ou des écorces d'orange confites, HMMMM!!!!

1 liter of 35% creme
250 gram of chocolat(he put 75% chocolate but you could use a lower grade chocolate).
heat the creme just before the boiling point and pour on the chocolat
Wisk until both are mix well.
Put the chocolat mixture in the fridge overnight.
