  • The next day mix the chocolate mixture with an electric mixer until firm like hes showing.Not too firm but enough.He's saying it's more delightful in mouth when it's not too firm.

    Cut strawberries in half and put them in a bowl of your choice and cover with the chocolate mixture.For people who love it more sugary he put some ginger infuse maple syrup

  • 1 liter of 35% creme

    250 gram of chocolat(he put 75% chocolate but you could use a lower grade chocolate).

    heat the creme just before the boiling point and pour on the chocolat

    Wisk until both are mix well.

    Put the chocolat mixture in the fridge overnight.

  • @mrpepperoriginal when you whisk the mixture, the air bubbles that you add get surrounded by fat molecules, then it turns firmer and firmer... Then you gotta stop when needed, in order not to overwhisk your mousse. :)

  • Vos recettes ont l'air sympa mais je préfère la recette traditionnelle avec les oeufs, le beurre et la crème. Bien plus riche certes mais j'y ajoute des feuilles de menthe émincées ou des écorces d'orange confites, HMMMM!!!!
