i think it is not a good idea. if someone tries to rob you you cannot close door as fast as how your normally shut the door and run away from the robber. it is cool but it takes more time to close door when you are in a hurry.
ok so as cool as this is...here is what i see happening:
man takes home the car and parks in the garage. man opens doors. "f*** i just broke the d*** doors! who the f*** makes a car whose doors hit the f****** ceiling!!!???"
Belive it or not Free energy is real,But the big oil corporations don't want that technology revealed,Find this technology at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Start the revolution!
I like how you can see Honda's next generation design language with this concept and how they've applied it to the Insight, Crosstour, Odyssey Concept, and CR-Z. I have to say, I quite like it. I expect the new Civic and CR-V next year will also employ similar design cues, as will the next generation Accord in the next few years.

Did you guys realize that this car has no rear view mirrors? That's why I like Honda. Honda revolutionize 'conventional' rear view mirrors, with "hi-tech" Camera. In a few years, all cars will have Camera as rear view mirrors, and Honda is definitely the first one. GO HONDA!
Oh yes I noticed that. But is it in a camera shape or the conventional? Because I read in a magazine that It has Rear View Camera replacing Rear View Mirror and don't you think it's too small for conventional Rear View Mirrors?
A cool concept, the sliding seat is a great idea, but looking at them, it's hard to tell if they would be comfortable to sit in, especially on long trips.
lol, that's funny. I am not Asian. I am an American, caucasian, Infantry Soldier. Unlike your dumb ass though, I have traveled the world, but... American needs people like you. We need you to buy products and consume shit. That's all your good for.
Pardon me, I should correct my grammar since you're too uneducated to observe my mistakes. I meant to write, "America needs..." Happy consuming and burger eating and getting heart disease!

I think those doors are unpractical. Kids that are in a mini van won't wait 10 seconds to get out of the car. Also.. what happens if you get in a crash, and the battery goes out, how are you supposed to get out?
I like the clean design though. However, kids won't keep it clean for long. But the idea of making it also a utility vehicle is a great idea! It has big doors for easy access, which makes it perfect.
Those seats would break easily though. I think they should put a thinker material.
I mean this is only the concept for god sake..... As my memory recalls the production model usually just have the same shape/outline of the concept model. Everything else of course would be redesigned and be more practical in and out for cost and safety reason. So I won't worry too much about the door opening or closing too slow or even the seat design.. just think of it as a glimpes of whats coming please

@raykrislianggi no it does.
im drawing this car for s mall graphics project and me and my friend noticed that they were really small.
at 1:56 you can notice a very small one high on the right side and one attached to the windscreen inside.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Those doors are impractical. Especially with ground clearance on the rear door -- its too low among other things.
For some reason the cabin looks rather spacious but yet in collision or roll I think it would crumble like an egg shell.
Lots of questions remain unanswered.

the rear door thing is an issue, but it could be fixed relatively easily I would think
