I'm still trying to upgrade my V-sit to the point where my legs are perfectly straight up so I'm not sure past that point. But for going from L-sit to having your legs look like a V I would recommend two things: using an abdominal tower (or a substitute), and using parallelets - they help so much.
After seeing this I may have to up my comment on the chinups video of how many situps I estimated she could do! I think 100 is low. This move takes serious ab strength and she makes it look easy!
