Speaking as a hypoglycemic myself, I totally understand what she did. I know I've had to excuse myself from class because of it and get so dizzy I can't get off the floor. Smart on Miley to know her condition and take action.

I have this o.o, its not like a CRAZY disease or anything but if you don't be careful you can die you know :O, its like when their isn't enough sugar in your blood, and like your brain and organs and stuff need sugar to live or w/e, thats what my doctor said.
Basically if you don't eat you can go into a coma and like die because your brain will like shut down :O.

Hypoglycemics have to eat well and not three hours without having something to eat, and eat lots of snacks a day. Miley's blood sugar went too low, so that's why she kept throwing up a lot during shows on tour, because she didn't know about hypoglycemia. Like last week in school, I didn't eat breakfast so I almost passed out.

uh Nick wears a pump to control his diabetes, press a button or two and thats it. the only way to control hypogylcemia is to eat when your blood sugar goes low, their is no medicine. uh Nick wears a pump to control his diabetes, press a button or two and thats it. the only way to control hypogylcemia is to eat when your blood sugar goes low, their is no medicine. Exercise(like the dancing Miley does on stage) drops your blood sugar. If she didn't have that break something bad could have happened, something her fans don't need to see. its a good thing she had the body double

when the sugar in your blood is realy low the normal blood sugar for a normail preson is 80-130 the blood sugar test are when u poke ur finger and draw it into a device there u go.

it was on the best of both worlds tour...they had to use a body double for the song "we got the party" so she can go eat or something..cuzz of her low blood sugar i think its for her health though but ppl made it a big deal...she was vocals for the song....and everyones saying that she wasnt singing the whole entire concert but i think she was...it was only for that song she had to use a body double persone though
