I go to college for this sort of thing. I originally went to school for 3D art, so I learned most of what I know about photoshop from being taught how to color and texture 3D models. Eventually, I decided to focus on 2D, so I'm taking more classes that are centered around using photoshop and stuff like that.

I already do a little freelance work. I'd love to do it for a living, but in the meantime, it's more of a hobby until I get out of school.
