The harmonica can either be in Eb or (my favorite) Bb, just mess around with it- its not that hard of a song

i use the eb harmonica and just go between the 2 3 and 4th holes its not too hard i learned in like fifteen minutes the first day i got the harmonica too

Same capo. The song is in Bb, however if you use a Bb harp you are no longer playing crossharp. So the key notes you will use will be blown instead of drawn, so you won't be able to bend notes as much, if at all. Sorry I'm not too good at explaining the theory behind it, I just play the thing. But I know you can still play it with a capo on the 3rd fret.
