  • one of the best videos ;)

  • Wszystko fajnie pięknie, tylko do "race" motor to mu daleko...

  • learned lots of things by watching this video, thanks my friend

  • Awesome! A complete documentary! Nice job! Try to make some more videos like this..

  • Working with knowledge...

  • this video brought up some sweet memories excellent mate

  • this video is a good form :)

  • fuck where is the fucking slow motion button??????

  • great job : )

  • very good video of the rebuild until the bit it shows a little bike......... still good vid fast too can rebuild an engine in 8 mins

  • what is that ? 50cc ?

  • @Zogga01 110cc or 125cc

  • Where do you live it looks awesome

  • respect!

  • chińczycy robią to szybciej:pp

  • NOT silikone ???

  • Muito bom cara, parabéns pelo vídeo!!!

  • cool:P

  • It must be awesome to turn a pile of metal, gears and bolts into an engine and see it run.

  • race motor...xdxdxd

  • whats that bottle for when u put the carb on?

  • @TheGambinoKid Its for supermoto. Instead of the carb breathers leaking excess gas onto the track, it drains into the bottle.

  • @TheGambinoKid to colect the petrol

  • You didn't oil the piston, you didnt show how to put valves in etc.

  • My finger smells like french fries.

  • ist das ein 2 oder 4 takter??

  • @Michi35221 This engine is a 4 stroke

  • That was a cool video , nice job

  • does that thing pops a wheelie

  • Well, that was fast! :)

  • 4:10 song?? please

  • No wonder teenagers are retards if they fill their heads with this useless knowledge.

  • You didnt uses any grease !!!!!! dry threads u pervert

  • dude ur a beast!!!!

  • Im 14 and rebuilt the top end on a honda vtec. Funny thing is it was like this exept times 4

  • perfect!

  • circlips should face up or down ( in two strokes anyway) theory is that the sudden movement of it going from up to downward accelaration causes them to push toghether and pop out

  • you didn't check valve clearances?

  • 5 Personen sind Frauen... :D

    5 People are Women... :D

  • Holy Shit! You're a Genius!!!

  • @powerplayer59

    Forest Gump ??

  • brapa saiz blok tu ? head apa ?

    kaburator mmg terbaekkk !! XD

  • cramp shaft apa tu ? fame ke ex5 ?

  • se trata de uma moto .... prefiro carro .... mas nao posso deixar de comentar que esse cara é um tremendo PROFISSIONAL .... very god job !

  • how many mm is it?

  • 7:02 good job ;P

  • I know I may not have any videos but a word of advice you are not suppose to go balls out after a rebuild moron you will blow your motor and you will have bigger problems than just a simple rebuild!!!!!!

  • i got a vintage suzuki B120 two stroke.,any advice on modifying it for drag racing purposes????

  • you know that little black thing that you put between your sprocket and engine, ins't that supposed to be between your carb and sprocket??

  • nice vid !

  • ive got a yamaha z 125 2t

  • Ello Alex i got a stock -86 motor for honda monkey and i was wondering about a thing...

can i put a Racing Camshaft in it without any other mods in it or will it destroy my valves?

  • @theAngelofhevn You should be fine, you might have to adjust the valve height though.

  • very good , clean enuf, i like the part when u heat the bearing seatings,... and putting thread lock on the spring stay... new gaskets, perfect!!!!! 10/10

  • good job

    congratulations man

  • great job with the video !!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I love my SP-5's..

  • what a fantastic moto!! great video! Nice and clean work.

  • what is the purpose in heating the crack case???

  • @Procker666

The heat will expand the crank case to enable the bearing to go in.

When the case cools it will shrink and lock the bearing.

  • how do you know were the "T" mark is when you have inner rotor?? answer pleas :)

  • @yallayallayogurt So the bearings set in easier.

  • @yallayallayogurt evry single cylinder is at its t mark a few degrees b4 top dead center...

  • @beemerdoctor1 ok that's wat i though but thanks:)

  • Doesn't your neighbours complain about then noise of those bikes? :D

  • i love it

    nice work

  • where can I buy single parts for the bike? i'm in EU . And can i make my bikes transmission work like : N-1-2-3-4 because with my orig. transmission : 1-N-2-3-4 the second gear is slipping and i need some time to find the neutral gear. its difficult to switch in to neutral

  • i do something like that with my ktm exc 125 engine :P i have this engine on table next to me :P

  • whats the purpose of burning the crankcase?

  • @kamote0310 lol dude. he heats the cases so he can get the bearings in because the metal expand when heated

  • @kamote0310 Metal expands when you heat it. Makes it easier to install bearings this way.

  • race bike? Honda monkey!!!!

  • shows how simple these engines is to rebuild

  • tell me where you got the engine and cylinder capacity that is

  • I noticed one nice thing which done on this video. All bolts on engine itself has been replaced from chisel/cross headed bolts. I hate when in old dirty engines has been used chisel and cross headed bolts.

  • Wish I had the skills and Money to rebuild my SS50 engine so fast. :O

    Nicely done.

  • What's the name of the tune/artist? Dig this music...

  • very nice rebuild

    i have a question

what about the engine with rotorkit

big difference?grateful for answers cheers mate

  • Nice job on the video and assembly. Ever thought about packing the oil pump with petroleum jelly? It will prime and get oil pressure quicker, unless the pump is already located below the oil level and is submerged in oil? It will be interesting to see if you get into bigger engines down the road.

  • this was the most helpful video i found thanks for taking your time to do this from this my bike engine had been rebuilt and will be seeing if it runs tomorrow thanks again, Danny

  • nice bike, what yr. is your z50r? got a '79, fixing it up.

  • umm, but you turn the piston clips wrong.

  • kick starter on a race motor? why not just bump start.....

  • im broke my 3 gear and this video halp me a lot

  • 80's action movie theme song????

  • Do you heat the bearing holes with a torch too make the bearings go in easier?

  • How do you get the motor to be really snappy like tht? like when you reved it, it sounded like it reallly burned the fuel fast and reved up!

  • @atvrider43 Inner rotor kit , very light compared to stock flywheel.

  • i want to be like !U

  • @Frets0nFirePhenom i said i know how to rebuild MY motor on my 125 (2 stroke). but i cant rebuild 4 strokes because of all their components and i said im not too great with bottom ends and trannys.

  • @Frets0nFirePhenom i never said they werent.. i only know stuff about 2 strokes just because of the simplicity.

  • This was awesome! My father is an engine mechanic, ports and flows race heads! I'm going to subscribe.

  • Very Good.....

  • i think im wrong :P

  • leme guess... i havent finished the vid yet but is it a suberu?

  • Awesome video. Nice job on the motor rebuild. Keep up the good work!!!! :))

  • i love working with engines and taking them apart and rebuilding them, fixing them.

  • i had to replace the cam shaft on myn coz it was backfiring flames like a mofo. then i tryd to set the timing but it didnt work, so i put in a new one in. First kick it starts and runs amazingly .

  • great :) I agree u wont learn it if u read about it u have to try do something with it,try repair it that u will learn it very well :) respect

  • how the hell did you lean how to do all of that? does your dad teach you or do you just read alot?

  • @crimson22s A little bit of both. But really just doing it and working on a lot of different things is how you gain experience. You can read every book but you learn most by just doing it. You don't learn from a book, you learn from doing it.

  • @TheAlexManVideos yeah i can have my whole top end rebuilt on my honda cr 125 but i dont know anything about 4 stroke timing and all that... im not good with bottom ends and transmissions either

  • @TheAlexManVideos dude wen i was little like 7 my father tought me a bit(how to rebuild carbs easy stuff)then we moved and no place to work i got so pissed i pulled out his old 69 yamaha g5s(working on now)and rebuilt it he had no time to help me though its almost done looks great runs now and im only 14 thumbs up if that a lil young

  • @crimson22s its not that hard

  • YOU MAKE IT LOOK SO EASY!!!!!!! OMG!!!

  • I love puzzles lol

  • click on youtube ''pit stop patras'' and select the first video duration 3:51.........CHECK OUT THE GREEK WAY.....CRF 250 FITED IN A 50CC MOTOR.....GREETINGS FROM GREECE!!!!WE ALL WISH YOU GOOD LUCK....

  • soon or later this motor will blow because of the balance of the ''volan'' and the place of the gear disks which are placed....CHECK OUT A GREEK MODIFICATION ON THIS KIND OF MOTOR......

  • first of all this is not a race motor.....i am saying this because in Greece we are more familiar to this kind of motors....the head of this nike is a classic 100cc head..the carburator is also very classic stock keihin 19mm...A big mistake on this bike is that the ''volan'' is extremly to small and doesnt have tha correct balance with the opposite side of the gear disks..very poor modification my friend, its an easy way to spend money but you did it wrong, soon or later this motor will blow..

  • maaaaaannnn when you put the ''ruleman'' put some oil as well.......

  • man i love learning how to do things from you videos it helps alot keep the good work up

  • you should of got an ktm 85 sx for $4000

  • omg i want it

  • nice!!!!!!

  • Good Work. :)

  • Hey dude. How many cc is that engine and how much was it and where did you get it?

  • how many cc?

  • this is awesome some!! :D it has helped me million time with my monkey.. ;)

  • u sir do not no how much u have just helped me :D thanks!

  • You're AWESOME AlexMan !

  • your videos have been a big help,,thanks dude!

  • From what model does this 4 gear transmission comes from?I thought 4 gear transmission can only be fitted on engine casses from honda cub(sqare lamp) which has ball bearing where yours have this little bearing "thing" on which you put the washer on 0:57.Sqare lamp cubs have narrower trannsmision chaft tip 0:56

  • Great video! I've got 2 CT70 engines that need rebuilding. I could send them to you and get them back tomorrow! hehehe...Your videos are awsome! Keep it up.

  • Really enjoyed the video, wish I had the knowledge to do this.

  • what cc engine is this?

  • sounds lean

  • haha nice like the way you did the video work

  • can ask you something the plastic spacer shouldn't it go between the carb and inlet not the inlet and head, and why do you find firing point before kicking it up at the end is it because the engine is new or something.

  • At the end why do you try and find firing point just before kicking there is no need there is not compression i dont even do that on my mates crf 450

  • this helped me alot, i have a pit-pro 125cc engine on my workbench atm. ,but i'm stuck, i can't really figure out how to split it, the right case is off, so the left, and the flywheel, when i'm trying to split it, it seemes like something is holding on?,

    any suggestion??

  • what cc is this 80 100 250?

  • yooo in stead if heating the case just put all the bearings in the freezer they will just slid in u can fuck them up hitting them with a hammer

  • @flyboysip183 It only messes up the bearings if you hit the center ring or the balls. A very coomon installation technique is actually taking apart the old bearing and using the outer ring to hit the outside of the new bearing. It wont mess anything up like that.

  • Nice! Takegawa special clutch looks nice, so no more clutch problems with the torque from the stroker.

  • nice vids man.. you need to make another one for drag racing... just like mine.. awsome ride dude!!!

  • Oh my garsh. This video is fucking awesome.

  • i wish big bikes had circlips like that...

  • i noticed you have a breather for the head... were is the safest place to run this tube to? originally i ran it to the back of the bike then i figured it was doing nothing but sucking in dirt.. then i cut it and ran it strait up n taped it to the frame infront of the gas tank... n it does nothing but spray oil all over my shirt lol what should i do with it? does it actually serve a purpose, or jus looks cool? thnx for ur advice... n also ur vids have helped me out ALOT.. DEFF GREAT JOB ON EM!

  • dude where you get your parts from tell me please like your video............ :D

  • Nice rebuild man very clean

  • if MR.bean had a bike it would be this :D great vid and nice bike

  • You are the best.....i want to rebyild a honda glx moter or a lifan 100cc motor.....can you give me a link to buy some parts like your???

  • You are the best.....i want to rebyild a honda glx moter or a lifan 100cc motor.....can you give me a link to buy some parts like your???

  • Yo man you are the best......can you give as a link to find products aboyt moto like yours???i want to rebuild a honda glx motort but a want to buy some parts......

  • Hi you seem like you know alot about bikes, could i put a 1996 rm125 motor in a 2000 rm125 frame.

  • good stuff. i might have to slow motion it as i have a siezed 1991 z50r. can you still buy piston rings bearings and stuff. hopfully not too expensive ha.

  • do you use a torque wrench?

  • dude i just want to say your a fucking legend :D

  • Nice rebuild, very tidy, a little pointer though.

Next time, when you replace the bearings, best heat the whole part you are putting bearings in.

When you heat with a torch, you create stress in the material, when you put the part on the radiator. it glows all thought, so everything has the chance to expand, so no stress in the material.

    Anyway, nice vid !

  • Exelens

  • i love this video, alex

    good work and make more.

  • Great editing on your video! It was fantastic

  • I LOVE that bike. Great video too.

  • @stevendavis150 Probably $4000.

  • @TheAlexManVideos That is crazy. Nice bike tho. What else do you have for bikes?

  • @TheAlexManVideos WOW $4000 thats crazy! You could have bought a brand new bike for that much!

  • Respekt! NICE WORK !

  • y tape the spricket thingy up

  • @JACKSVIDO It keeps the seal from tearing when I slide it over the sharp end of the shaft.

  • i love the takegawa (if thats how you spell it) side cover the chrome finish makes it look so nice so what this thing runin 88cc
