you should be like me and build a bunch of houses and then change your company name. then you can take advantage of people. also if you let the home forclose and take everything out of it before the bank takes possession, then you sell all the stuff back to the new owner and make them pay cash. i have done this several times including my own house in draper, and have made a ton of money. step on who you can to make a buck, especially family, thats what i do.
