@Virgooh Be sure to balance the second chakra (genital) as well, as that is the chakra of creativity, whilst the throat chakra is the expression of that creativity. Balancing them both should help with your creative activities.

@zargonstaff I experience the EXACT same thing when I stare too at anything for a very long time. I believe it is nothing unusual in the sense that it is probably a natural thing that occurs physically when one stares at something too long. I am not implying that it couldn't be anything spiritual going on. I am just saying that I know other people who also experience it. BTW, I do not and have NEVER taken drugs in my life. Just for the record. :-)

@Revivedwolfhajime keep meditating it always works for me. You may try finding out where the anger comes from? Often times, is due to feelings we have not dealt with properly. Make peace with those feelings send them love and let them know you don't need them anymore. That you are on a different path that you are following a path of love and peace.
