urban decay primer potion is...amazing. even the cheapest eyeshadows stay all day without creasing. paint pots are more of a base to make eyeshadows more even and true to color, but a bit of foundation or concealer does the same thing.

Yes but depending on what type of shadow you use it may not turn out the best.

You can use liquid foundation as a primer too!

I love the punk look, I usually go smokey but this looked gr8 (I added an eye lighter to below eyebrow line too) This was a gr8 1st tutorial tough, maybe next time pin your fringe up & put our mirror closer to your cam. Keep them coming :)
