They're the same at core, but the American version is one (or more) patches ahead of Air Rivals, so they have access to more content. Not to say it's always a good thing.

If you have the money and are willing to spend over $500.00 or Slave yourself to others by leveling them up. Air Rivals is different and you can farm more items to sell and buy stuff but still you will still spend money to get your stuff better. Air Rivals is also know to have a lot of hackers but i don't know how it is now. Ace is almost hack-proff its really hard just to get there server files. Ace also has more stuff and updated a lot more. Air Rivals though is certain updates.

A gear is Good for Camping/waring. Bgear is good alround it can 1 hit any gear with the right stuff. I gear is like a assassin, hit hit dead and then run off. M gear is a support its one of the hardest to kill but cant really kill for it's self. Ace online gives happy hours which make it easier to level up and get items.Also Ace is more a cash shop meaning if you have the money to spend your better off Air Rivals is less updated and less cash shopped out, and much longer grind 4x time longer.

Guys this Game is a hellish amount of fun. You can easily grind to lvl 60 in a day or 2, but beyond that is a much longer time to lvl. You will get sucked into this game and spend a hellish amount of money if you want a better advantage. But unlike most games, this game isn't just armor/weapons and how much you can cash shop out. It takes skill and coronation. Not to mention this video is of small wars. Now take everyone in that video and 10x the amount of people and you got ace online.

Air Rivals and Ace online and space cowboys is the same thing. the only diffrence is that Ace is handled by the company that made the game and Air rivals asked permision to hold a server to host a game. Every other game like Ace is hosted by idepente publishers except ace online the one that hosts it is the one that has all the right and owner ships. so why is air rivals so behinde in updates cus they dont have money or they dont care about there comunity Etccc. for more info check wiki.
