The sad thing about Trip advisor is that any nutcase can post in a review whether they stayed there or not. And if you ask for it to be removed because it is damaging your business it takes weeks for it to be removed. And all this time it can seriously damage your business. Things have to change because the credibility of trip advisor is going fast.
