hey the meaning is.. she's giving her Gun away when its loaded, meaning her heart. as in, she still loves her ex, but its only a small crime to still be thinkin of him while she's starting a new relationship with newby. and then feeling guilty and like its a crime, cuz its the wrong time, but how can she hold her "gun" aka heart if the ex doenst use it..
