  • What's a beautiful lovely place, I glad I had the chance of flying the other side of the planet and see it.

No doubt our planet has beautiful places, just wish there was more, made by nature or by man's hand, but kept for all mankind to enjoy it

  • ¡¡¡NOS LEAS ESTO!!!

  • Try "Glendale Gardens" just outside Victoria on the Pat Bay highway towards the ferry Its MUCH LOWER ADMISSION than Butchart. Run by volunteers.

I posted a movie here. It was springtime, not much in bloom, BUT its so very pretty.

Dont let a prayer in the first 10 seconds put you off...lol. Monks chanting in the background represent how tranquil I felt when there. AND not many people either - its one of THE most perfect places to meditate and feel closer to the Creator or just to chill out!

  • Both were absolutely lovely. I recognize the Sunken Gardens but I remember things like the Ross Fountain and the "Little Girl" statue. I have been there a few times in my life and I keep seeing details I haven't seen before. There is the Nikko Gardens in Lethbrige Alberta and I will pay a visit next summer. Wonderful video. Thank you

  • wow i went during the summer and they had the most amazing Saturday Fireworks display!

    i definitely recommend going!

any season is amazing, Christmas, spring, fall and summer!

  • I'm from Victoria. It's a 25 minute drive from downtown.

  • Vancouver and Seattle have perfect weather for plants. These are beautiful photos...just need some meditative music in the background and fade-ins to make this truly outstanding.

  • Put this to music and it will be awesome!!

  • I can smell the flower.

  • It's on the east side of Vancouver island. Opposite Vancouver.

  • Thanks - Have a good day.

  • From Stockholm, Sweden: I have been there. It's so beautiful. My brother livs in Nanaimo. Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks for your comments. BTW where is Nanaimo?

  • It's about a 2 hr drive north of Victoria on Hwy 1.
