  • plain sunflower seeds are great when you need a snack like chips or something, i eat em like there going outta syle, and there entertaining to spit lol

  • love the videos. especially this one gave me some great tasty snack ideas to take to the beach. i recently bought a tub of nonfat vanilla dannon yogurt. it wasnt what i want cause it has 16 grams of sugar. yikes! will it kill my diet? i have to use it now cause i cant waste it. i shop at walmart and couldnt find greek yogurt or any healthier alternative. ugh! haha

    Plain Greek Yogurt... I'll have to find some. I usually get Stonyfield lowfat vanilla

  • It's all natural!! If you can get Plain Greek Yogurt and add your own fresh fruit or flavors (we did cinnamon and apples) it is MUCH better for you! I also like adding stevia (a natural sweetener) Compare yogurs... greek yogurt has virtually no sugar... 15 more grams of protein and low carbs. You can not go wrong with it :) so yummy too. -Katrina
