plain sunflower seeds are great when you need a snack like chips or something, i eat em like there going outta syle, and there entertaining to spit lol
love the videos. especially this one gave me some great tasty snack ideas to take to the beach. i recently bought a tub of nonfat vanilla dannon yogurt. it wasnt what i want cause it has 16 grams of sugar. yikes! will it kill my diet? i have to use it now cause i cant waste it. i shop at walmart and couldnt find greek yogurt or any healthier alternative. ugh! haha
It's all natural!! If you can get Plain Greek Yogurt and add your own fresh fruit or flavors (we did cinnamon and apples) it is MUCH better for you! I also like adding stevia (a natural sweetener) Compare yogurs... greek yogurt has virtually no sugar... 15 more grams of protein and low carbs. You can not go wrong with it :) so yummy too. -Katrina
