Second flutters theme is based on MML2s theme, almost all the songs in MML2 are. The title screen is completely different based on the more upbeat MML1, probably for people who had the first as a nostalgia thing.

funny how this was the flutter theme in the first megemand legends, and the second one's flutter theme is so much sadder.. :P
