  • HIDDEN MICKEY HIDDEN MICKEY I SAW A HIDDEN MICKEY!

Of course, normally I'd tell you exactly when it was, but I won't (where's the fun in that?)....I'll just give a hint. It's within the 3rd minute, so between 3:00 - 4:00. Have fun! :)

    ...

    ..

    .

PS: Another hint if you really can't find it....ahem... "I fell into a burning ring of fire..."...there. Merry Christmas. :)

  • well fuck

  • I don't know why, maybe because it remembers me of the good old days... but it made me cry :)) it is so amazing <3 Thanks for uploading

  • No matter how old I become.. I will always cry when Tiny Tim says " god bless us every one "

  • 0:03-0:05. lol i always laugh at that part!

  • 0:44

That is the most sweet, precious little thing I've ever seen <3

    I love Tiny Tim

  • Tiny tim is HOTTER THAN JUSTIN BEIBER!!! :D

  • Oh man that part with the coffin always freaked me out when I was a kid. I'm glad these cartoons always knew that kids could handle something scary as long as it's happy afterwards.

  • @otaku123bekah Yeah, Disney never ruined things for us. Unlike 4kids, who ruined Sonic X. Though it's a rather poor comparison...

  • Love this story

  • Thank you for uploading this. I watched this as a child and lost the VHS over the years and still enjoy it at 29!

  • @1happels I am 24 and still I love it.

  • OMG is the same in english and spanish the end from the movie always makes me cry!! this is my favorite christmas movie ever I watch it since I was 5 now I'm 29 and still love it :) thanks for sharing it!!

  • i want a turkey too :/

  • does anyone know if the Uncle Scrooge character was specifically created for this movie?

  • @Elurin Nope; he existed prior to this movie in a comic book created by Disney. But I think his first on-screen appearance was in a propaganda cartoons, "The Spirit of '43", encouraging Donald Duck to save his money to pay income taxes and help America win the war.

  • Comment removed

  • @Elurin no, his first cartoon was 'uncle scrooge and money' back in 1967. His first apperence was in a comic book called 'Christmas on Bear Mountain' in 1947. This was the creators (Carl Barks) first idea for a old, weathly uncle. Originally, he was only to appear in that comic but Barks ended up seeing him being used as a motivator for other stories, as well as a teaching tool for he gives up his money for a girl but not his nephews in a Ducktales episode.

  • Oh God, the part when the ghost of christmas future speaks and laught is so scary, i remeber when i was a child that it always scared me, even now i see, lol

Anyway, this was and still is my favorite first christmas carol cartoon (:

  • 2:13 Oh Mickey...! :'-(

3:10 The Ghost of Christmas Future spoke! RUINED FOREVER!!! XD

3:59 The Spirits have also given him benevolence.

  • Tiny Tim, my favourite character in Dickensian literature.

  • What does donald say at 5:28?

  • @RLynnT "Well, I'll be dog gone".

  • The song in the end (which is the same as the opening credits) is beautiful. I just can't help but sing along at one of my favorite christmas carols

  • One of my favorites! =D

  • it breaks your heart watching such a classic , i loved this as a kid and now i have ordered it online to watch with my 2 year old niece (just an excuse for me to watch it haha)

  • This movie brings such sweet memories from my childhood. The first time I saw this, I was in shock that Mickey and Minnie had kids! Anyone else agree that Frollo would have made a beast Spirit of Christmas Future (1:48)? If you want dastardly evil and creepy, look no further than Disney's most disturbing villain.

  • You just can't help but sing along from 6:59-7:26

  • the scene with Tiny Tim gets me everytime. "coming father, coming..." and the melody in the background. damn...

  • 4:30 It's Skippy and Toby from "Robin Hood", with Mother Rabbit and the female owl at 5:14 from the same film.

  • @KBAFourthtime Oh. For some reason I thought they were wind and the willows characters from Mr Toad's wild ride :P I haven't seen Robin Hood sense I was probably 3. I never owned it on video. But then again I haven't seen Mr Toad's wild ride at all XD

  • God Bless Disney!!!

  • wheres part 4

  • :'D < There's nothing to describe how I feel but this

  • Can't stop crying, Never fails.

  • I love the transition of the story. From a rich old cranky man, slowly turning into a an ever more cheerful and generous man.

  • I have to say that the graveyard scene was really scary. Especially when the coffin in Scrooge's grave lit up and fire bursted right out with Scrooge trying to climb back up only to fall right in.

  • AWWWW mickey's a daddy...love this version <3

  • 30 minutes of complete joy an nostalgia!! every christmas i've wathched this since i was five!! still great to this day!! walt disney done for cartoons as what the beatles done for music!! timeless

  • Great Movie!!! thanks for uploading in HD

  • I'm just gonna keep this whole cooked turkey in with this bag of toys. Should be ok, right?

  • its pete as the reaper

  • My heart & soul are warming from tippy top, to my tippy toes, just from watching this sweet movie

  • Pete is the Grim Reaper?! Awsome...I think.

  • I almost cried at the end out of sheer joy and nostalgia.

It is a masterpiece. Possibly the best short movie Disney has ever created. I love it.

Reminded me of good old days when I was a little kid :)

In future I'm definitely gonna show it to my children.

  • If you aren't smiling at the end, then you need your heart checked.

  • It's amazing how powerful this movie is. Like when Mickey cries and lays Tim's crutch on his grave.

  • that was nice

  • thumbs up if u grew up wathing mickeys christmas carol and like tiny tim i have a bad leg too:)

  • back when "Merry Christmas" could be said freely without people getting mad. :P Hahaha. Good movie!

  • Has anyone noticed that the kids from Robin Hood keep appearing?! They were at the dance party scene and when Scrooge leaves the house playing on the street.

  • the scene where scrooge's coffin opens to hell really creeps me out!!

  • When scrooge comes and gives them all toys and offers Mickey a raise and a promotion,This moment brings a tear to my eyes

  • Tiny Tim is soo adorable

  • Strange... In the comics Scrooge is his first name and now his last! :P

  • That's strange in the comics Scrooge is his first name and now his last!

  • This movie is awesome! I love it! Tiny Tim is so sweet, he almost brought me to tears! I guess he takes after his dad...

  • My favorite Christmas movie of all time. =)

    all i can say is....

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU DISNEY!!! >:o

  • 2:16

I broke into tears right there :'(

  • @queenesther09 Hugs

  • I hope this vidoe stays on youtube for many years to come :) As of last christmas, watching this, the muppets version and jim carrey's version will be a christmas tradition :)

  • I think that 3:17 to 3:40 was in Robert Zemekis Christmas carol

  • I love it when Scrooge hugges that pigion, and it's like "wfh?" LOL Thanks for the upload! I love how I'm watching this movie in the middle of summer. :D

  • Aha! That's Cyril Proudbottom, the horse from Mr. Toad!

  • Classic. Love it...

  • 2:07 - 2:28 is the saddest part of the movie :'(

  • Back when they could say "God bless us" on tv in the United States without getting sued.

  • @xorterenshe Not to mention showing the flames of Hell on a children's film.

  • I've always thought that the boy, girl, and the little boy playing Tiny Tim are Mickey and Minnie's real children. Wouldn't be surprised anyway.

Also, doesn't the sad look on Mickey's face when he's at Tiny Tim's grave break your heart? I myself always hate to see a great character so hurt and miserable, especially when it comes to characters like Mickey.

  • @MWolfL Yeah, that look of grief on Mickeys' face, and the music to go with it, was just masterfully done. This, is one of the best shows to come out of the Disney studios

  • @Elurin

And ironically, this special was made after Walt's death. Good to know the studio knows Mickey well enough to not need Walt's guidance.

  • what a scream at the beginning! WOW.....!

  • I say this version of the Christmas should be played on TV every Christmas right along with the Snowman.

  • i rmb the part from 3:22 until he fell out of his dream used to scare the crap outta me. had nightmares abt it for a VERY long time (come on, i was only five at tht time XDD)

  • And in the morning, Scrooge's door has magically unlocked all its locks...

  • i never want to see mickey cry again! it's so horrible Xo

  • @blubvisje666 Yeah, I've never seen him crying like that in all my life. It hurts me so!

  • @blubvisje666 When Mickey cries, the world cries with him :(

  • Leave it to Disney to take an epic tale like this and make it ever better.

  • haven' t seen this movie for age's :-P good classic childhood movie

  • @thirdimpact yeah and nothing quite like someone finding something negative or perverted to say about a Christmas special.

  • @yaysonic Your mom.

  • *laughs forever* When he started cracking up while trying to be stern with Mickey...aw, just aw.

  • Aw Minnie And Mickey! :) <3 Love Them! :D <3 :) xxx

  • Thanks for uploading this! I'd forgotten how many cameos and the wondeful animation this had.

Kinda funny how Tim is sneaking into Scrooge's bag. Little thief! It's like he doesn't care if the toys are for him or not. He's *taking* them! Makes me wonder how not innocent these poor kids really are.

  • 2:16 How simultaneously sad and creepy.

  • thanks for uploading this :) favourite film of all time <3

  • Just wanted to thank you, these were yearly favorites in our house, and over the last few years the tapes were lost. Its been wonderful reliving these classics. Small one and Mickey;s Christmas carol should be seen every year, by everyone. Thanks again!
