Umm, I'm not really sure. When you fight Bass SP, he had it. But when you fight Bass BX (?), the bugfrags in the underground zone 2 area formed a Cybeast form Megaman.

the bat key only opens the one to get the NCP AttackMAX, it does not allow you to advance in the gamem so lidabadass, you need to collect ALL 200 STANDARD CHIPS to open the door, its pretty diff, but many ppl have done it.

It's called paint, camera, and windows movie maker. You can't actualy fight him in the MegaMan Battle Network games (though it would be pretty cool! ^^). Vega took multiple pictures of MegaMan and the background, edited them with paint, and compiled all of them into Windows Movie Maker. Again, Vega.EXE doesen't appear in MegaMan Battle Network, but he would be way better than Bass ^.^
