It's not Chinese. You need to get over your bitterness. There are Korean food trucks that are doing quite well. You're just bitter because Kogi was the first to go really big with the whole Mexican fusion concept. I'm done with you.

If Koreans wanted to make money on a foreign cuisine, they would do Japanese. Get over yourself. Mexican food isn't that expensive compared to some other cuisines.
