  • My business idea concerns a market that just now being discovered. Over one billion people use it month already, except not in the more optimum way that I plan to offer it. Which would open a whole new market concerning it. So if I offered this needed service publicly and I don't trademark it from the start, will my business will be infringed upon by anyone? I guess a simple copyright for the website (part of my business idea) involved, would be best at this point.

  • @COAKD1 If you have a big, truly valuable and unique idea, you should protect it with not just TM but also Patents and Copyrights, as applicable. My advice of not pursuing those legal tactics is more for small startups that have little to protect until they grow.

Sorry but it sounds like you should consult an attorney. I would do some research yourself first so that you better understand the differences between copyright, TM, and patent law, however. That will save you a lot of time/money.

  • @scottfox1 I agree and thanks for the videos. Keep up the good work.
